🌈 Accessibility at Millport Pride! 🏳️🌈
We’re delighted to share that Cycling Without Age are able to offer four spaces on their rickshaw for anyone with accessibility requirements who would like to take part in the Pride March. 💕🚲 The march is approximately 1 mile, on a flat route from Kames Bay to the pier. Talking to your (grand)kids about Pride
As LGBT+ parents and grandparents, we know that talking to kids about LGBTQ+ issues and Pride can be tricky - particularly given that when we were their age, being LGBTQ+ was often something shameful and not for discussion at the dinner table… Families and children are welcome at Millport Pride - come and wave a flag in the parade, explore the stalls and soak up the atmosphere as we gather for our first ever Pride!
